What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
Data-we are a data driven company. Networking with other companies.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
We are members of multiple manufacturing and plastic processors associations. Our team attends conferences, seminars and exhibitions in the US and overseas.

What is your company culture like?
Employee engagement is key element of our company culture. Every month we have an employee engagement event to show our appreciation to our associates. The shareholders of the company are here every day and work hand-in-hand with our associates.

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?
We hire associates who are looking for a career not just a job. We look for individuals who want to grow professionally which we support with 100% tuition reimbursement. During orientation, our production associates are provided with a roadmap/skills matrix showing them how they can advance to our highest paid positions.

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?
There some great companies in Columbus who care deeply about the community. We like being a part of giving back to our community.

What pieces of advice have you found to be the most helpful since starting your career?
Nothing remains the same, embrace and prepare for change.

How do you achieve a work/life balance?
When I am “selling” the company to potential new hires, I talk about the company’s belief in a work/life balance. Personally, I do this by recognizing this company can run without me. Trust the people who for you.
