Tell us about your company’s mission and values

EasyIT’s mission is to make IT easy each and every day. EasyIT’s core values are to be caring, enthusiastic, team player, accountable, and always have pride in work. EasyIT presents “Whoop Whoop” awards to their team members that demonstrate these core values which results in $50 cash, a certificate, and their team celebrating the success by saying “Whoop Whoop”.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

EasyIT’s favorite thing about the Columbus Chamber is the ability the chamber creates to built and enhance relationships. At EasyIT, we are all about partnerships and building strategic relationships. The Columbus Chamber presents so many opportunities to connect with like-minded businesses, along with businesses that are wildly successful to learn from too!

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

EasyIT is always looking to the future. Whether we receive education through national peer groups or industry conferences, EasyIT is constantly looking for ways to stay ahead of the curve. Additionally, EasyIT believes in continued education for the team members which is why EasyIT team members receive paid study time and reimbursements for technology certifications.

What is your company culture like?

EasyIT’s culture could be described as a sports team in the sense that we like to have fun together and care about each other, but when is it game time, our team knows how to utilize each other’s strength and focus on the win (in our care, the “win” would be solving problems for our clients).

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?

A successful employee at EasyIT loves new challenges and a fast-paced environment. Above all, a successful employee understands that EasyIT is a customer service organization and will use that mindset to always go the extra mile for our clients.

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?

Columbus is a great place to do business for several reasons. Columbus is incredibly welcoming of people from all places. I have heard horror stories of markets where it is hard to do business unless you grew up in that town. Columbus is also a growing community with new businesses opening up constantly! It feels like we have an endless supply of business opportunities in Columbus and we are so grateful for that.
