Provide us with a brief summary of your business’ services.
Divergent Creative is a full service, results-driven marketing and Web Design agency based in Columbus, Ohio. Most small businesses lack the resources to properly market themselves. We specialize in helping clients put their best foot forward in the ever-changing and growing online world.

Tell us about your company’s mission and values.
We aim to create a seamless integration with our clients. This means working with business owners to understand their culture and client base, then building content around it as an extension of that.

It goes without saying that this is directly reflected in our values – Transparency, Accountability, and Passion. When assessing a clients needs, success is paramount; this means that we recommend services we think will drive results.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
We’ve used the networking events the most. We would like to utilize the Chamber even more, and plan to step up participation in 2021.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
Reading. Lots and lots of reading. We also browse top websites to identify stylistic trends that we can improve upon (or diverge from). We also stay up to date on certifications from marketing and advertising platforms such as Google Ads.

Please describe your company culture.
We have so much fun. We strove build a company that we would enjoy working for every day. We truly love what we do, and I think it shows.

What defines a successful employee at your company?
Collaboration and accountability are essential. We often work as team to brainstorm and then go off on our own to complete our respective pieces. Being able to quickly switch gears is helpful.

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?
Columbus is a great blend of industries, and has a combination of modern conveniences and Midwest charm.
