CyberSWIFT has over 25+ years of custom IT solutions expertise in making big difference to our client’s nuanced custom IT/software needs to help improve their bottom line. We can help your existing IT systems talk to each other to reduce costs, securely migrate older legacy systems to current IT standards, create new traditional or AI oriented web/mobile/data systems to add efficiencies and use our GIS/mapping expertise to enhance your business operations. Our services are IT platform agnostic most of the time, as we focus on solving client’s problem rather than on a specific IT platform.

Some of the common IT platforms we recently excelled in include Microsoft platforms (such as .NET Core, SQL Server, WebAPI), Angular, Python-based data analytics, Ionic for responsive enterprise mobile apps, Salesforce CRM, Snowflake data warehouse, Oracle database with NetSuite, PHP/LAMP/WAMP stacks (MySQL, Postgres, Laravel, Filament), etc. Within the GIS domain, our expertise includes ESRI/ArcGIS solutions, QGIS, OpenLayers, Open Street Maps, GeoServer, Geo-AI, etc.

Our company’s mission is simply to meet and exceed expectations of our clients, employees and stakeholders in the best, efficient, value driven cost-effective way. This mission propels us to ensure that our values are based on integrity, honesty and being upfront with everyone involved with our company. We principally act as fiduciary of our clients where we direct clients to follow the best possible way forward for them. This has made it possible for us to have client engagements that often start for few weeks and sometimes end up spanning over 5, 10 or more years.

Our clients have spanned industries that include government, manufacturing, healthcare, utilities, insurance, transportation, energy, retail and finance. What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

We have used Columbus Chamber’s COSE MEWA program to offer health insurance benefits. Additionally, we recently participated in Columbus Region Logistics Council (CRLC) conference and other events offered by Columbus Chamber in Central Ohio.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

We stay engaged with industry trends by staying in touch with experts from the industry, and also by following leading companies and institutions that are pioneers in the industry. Additionally, attending conferences and relevant events also helps us in staying engaged with trends.

What is your company culture like?

CyberSWIFT’s company culture is open and transparent to create an environment where team members, stake holders, and clients are free to communicate and share their input. This also includes input and discussion that spans both favorable as well as unfavorable situations. Also, this culture helps us to take responsibility when we sometimes make a mistake. Such an environment has helped us keep both clients and employees for the long term.

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?

A successful employee is one who can take care of their role and responsibility openly and freely, while continuing on a growth path for himself/herself and for the company.

Columbus is a great place to do business as it is a wonderful blend of small and big-sized cities. It encourages the growth of both small and large firms, along with great manpower support from OSU. Also, Columbus is very suitably located within reasonable distances to great locations of business, commerce art, and other attractions.
