Our mission is to become the preferred HR Training and Consulting Company in Columbus and Central Ohio. Our goal is to exceed customer expectations by providing quality customer service to our clients. Our motto is: Preparing tomorrow’s leaders for a bright future.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

Using training opportunities to grow my business as well as taking advantages of networking opportunities to expand my professional network.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

As a certified HR Professional, I am always engaged because HR is the heart of a successful company. The services that we provide greatly impact business success and sustainability.

What is your company culture like?

Our company culture is built on the Winning Together principle. Either we all ‘Win Together’, or we all ‘Lose Together’. There is no “I” in team, together we stand, divided we fall.

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?

Someone who makes teamwork the cornerstone of their work ethic and professional toolkit.

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?

Columbus is such a vibrant community with every industry imaginable. Not only is it the seat of government for the State of Ohio, it is the home of many great colleges and universities to include The Ohio State University, one of the the largest campus in the country. Columbus is a city that values Diversity and Inclusion, but more than that it is a great place to live, work and raise a family. A cosmopolitan city with a small town feel, Columbus has been my home for more than 40 years.
