Throughout her career, Tamarra has showcased her prowess in various roles, including her recent tenure as a Solution Architect at Accenture Flex. There, she led clients through the UKG Pro project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. Her dedication to excellence and her ability to foster collaboration have consistently led to successful project executions and high levels of client satisfaction.

Prior to her role at Accenture Flex, Tamarra served as a Senior Solution Consultant at UKG, where she managed all aspects of Pro Solution Consultant project activities, demonstrating her aptitude for system configuration, testing, and documentation. Her contributions played a pivotal role in driving adoption and maximizing the value of UKG Pro for clients across diverse industries.

Tamarra’s commitment to professional development is underscored by her educational background, holding a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor & Employment Law from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Information Systems from James Madison University. She is also a UKG Certified Consultant, further solidifying her expertise in the field.
