CORE HCM Welcomes Courtney Napier as UKG Ready Solution Consultant

In this role, Courtney will leverage her extensive experience and expertise to drive innovation and deliver exceptional service to clients utilizing UKG Ready software.

Courtney brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new position, with a background in workforce technology implementation, technical leadership, and HRIS analysis. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Art in Communication and Public Relations from Columbus State University in Columbus, GA.

Prior to joining CORE HCM, Courtney held key positions at professional employer organizations such as EBC HCM and ProCare HR, where she demonstrated her proficiency in UKG Ready software, managing full technical implementations, translating business requirements into system configurations, and providing comprehensive training and support to clients.
