Dr. Natalie Hines joins CORE HCM as Senior Benefits Consultant. With over two decades of experience in Human Resources and IT, including 13 years specializing in UKG Pro software and Benefits Administration, Natalie brings extensive expertise to her new role. She holds a Doctorate in Public Administration, an MBA, and a Master’s in IT, along with certifications such as CEBS-Fellow and PMP. Her background and leadership in benefits consulting will greatly enhance CORE HCM’s offerings, and her passion for innovation makes her a valuable asset to the team.

Sarah Winkler has joined CORE HCM leading our Strategic Alliances & Operations. With more than 10 years of experience in customer experience and marketing, Sarah has a proven track record of building strong partnerships and enhancing market awareness. A former UKG employee, she brings valuable insights from her customer-facing roles at the firm.

Shannon Moses joins CORE HCM as Senior HCM Solutions Consultant. With more than 25 years of experience, Shannon has worked extensively with UKG and began her career at Kronos, Inc. She brings a wealth of knowledge in HR and Payroll, including benefits, compensation management, performance management, self-service, and customizations in a full-suite environment.
