Triumph Apartments Opens In Olde Towne East | Metropolitan Holdings

Columbus, Ohio (December 18, 2023) – The first residents have moved into Triumph Apartments in Olde Towne East.

Located on the corner of Oak Street and 18^th Street, the apartment community features 122 units ranging from 657 square foot studios to loft-style townhomes. Columbus-based developer Metropolitan Holdings began site work on the project in early 2022 and completed construction in December 2023.

Apartment amenities include balconies, tile backsplash, luxury flooring in kitchen and baths, nine-foot ceilings, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, and in-unit washer and dryer.
