cbuzz: Jeremy Banta, Columbus State Community College: Logistics and Supply Chain Management in Columbus

Jeremy Banta is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel with over 30 years of experience in civilian and military logistics. He is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management at Columbus State Community College and co-founder of the Ohio Supply Chain Academic Network (O-SCAN). Additionally, he’s an adjunct professor at Franklin, Ohio Dominican, and teaches a certificate program for Denison. He also serves on multiple local schools and organizational advisory boards, as well as being a member of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Warehouse Education and Research Council Advisory Board, and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals Academic Strategies Committee. His military career includes over 20 years of service, with 15 years of full-time service in the Ohio National Guard which includes deployments to Iraq and Kuwait.
