Tek Experts offers technical services on mobile devices like phones, tablets, and laptops – including repair, recycle and resale of slightly-used and refurbished mobile devices. Extended warranties are available on most popular devices.

Tell us about your company’s mission and values
Tek Experts delivers dependable mobile technology services to central Ohio and beyond. Specifically, our aim is to be a leader in supporting businesses, government, schools and consumers with tech repairs, sales, and buybacks.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
We are looking to increase our local brand recognition in the Columbus area – which will help not only in gaining new customers but recruiting new employees. We look forward to networking with fellow Chamber members through various events to see how we might help each other.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
We believe the major trend in mobile technology services is customers looking for us to deliver end-to-end lifecycle services on devices – from purchase, through support, to recycle. Customers want the latest mobile technology at a reasonable cost while maximizing the recovery value of aging and obsolete mobile technology.

What is your company culture like?
