Working with so many diverse groups and teams with the Cyber Security Industry, our core values are deeply rooted in our culture by our CEO, and come from his honorable military career. What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
The services we would see our organization using most, and are looking forward to take advantage of is Marketing support and Government networking. Every small business can always use some help in enhancing its capabilities to experience the growth needed to be successful. The Chamber does a great job in providing ways to showcase and provide the exposure needed to reach their customer base the most efficient and cost effective way possible.

As an SBA 8(a) and Service Disabled Hispanic Veteran Owned Small Business we understand that in order to pursue government business, and strong point of contact is one of the most valuable things a small business could ask for. As a government contracting company, it is important to have the ability to work with someone who can introduce our organization to the right people who may be interested in the innovative technologies we are developing right here in Westerville Ohio. We believe that we have brought the Washington D.C. beltway mindset, along with the Silicon Valley feel to the beautiful midwest, and it shows in our products. We are capable of working in some of the most sensitive government agencies and buildings, and we will leverage the government chamber representatives network and contacts to support the growth of our business.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
Our security team participates in many cyber security events. In the past we have participated as sponsors, vendors and speakers on current cyber security topics and threats. Stealth Entry provides Cyber Security Managed Services to our customers, and a siginificant part of that service requires our Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysts and Operators to perform consistent research on the current threat scape, adversarial capabilities, and the most targeted industries. Subscriptions to open source, and private Cyber Intelligence Reporting, news feeds, and current events are also key in maintaining a level of vigilance on the cyber threats facing our organizations and people today.

What is your company culture like?
Our company is mix blend of government and military tradition, with a splash of silicon valley personality! Mr. Arroyo had an idea that if we could bring some of the smartest minds to the organization from both worlds it would be a recipe for success. From research and interaction throughout Mr. Arroyo’s career, it has become evident that most former military members seek a career that they can quickly assimilate to using their military experience and knowledge, but can honestly do without the very strict discipline they had to endure during their active or reserve service. Interestingly enough, while Mr. Arroyo’s tour at the National Security Agency, and more so the local Columbus Ohio Retail, Insurance, and Financial industries members of the IT communities enjoyed the Silicon Valley type feels of their workplace’s but felt it would be beneficial if there was more formal operational cadence if you will. So, Mr. Arroyo thought there it is! A culture that can satisfy two ways of performing IT projects, on the same team!!

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?
What we consider a successful employee at our company is one who takes the initiative to get the work done as quickly, most efficiently, and cost effective as possible without compromising quality! An employee that has the highest respect for their leadership, and gives 100% of their attention to the mission, core values and customers needs is all we ask of them. At the same time an employee must also be technically and professionally efficient. To our leadership, that means we must provide the resources our employees need to succeed in their roles and responsibilities to be effective and contribute to the team and project as a whole.

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?
Columbus has become one of the best well known secrets in the information technology community as being known as the innovation hub of he Midwest, and is steadily moving up on the list of best places to start a business. This is mainly due to the lower costs of doing business, as well as the low cost of living enjoyed by Ohio residents. As other States are becoming more expensive to conduct business in, the Midwest is becoming a very economically friendly option. When the economy is at its best, Columbus Ohio is definitely a top innovation hub to have your business.
