Provide us with a brief summary of your business’ services

Shadow Rabbit Cyber (SRC) provides assessments of your current security posture to include 3rd parties that support your systems.  SRC provides consulting and project management to assist with identifying technologies, deploying, and configuring to ensure minimum impact to your environment. SRC focuses on providing tools and services that are SMB friendly when it comes to cost. We provide managed services for : Anti-malware, Email Security, Network, Vulnerability management, Security & Phishing training to name a few.

Tell us about your company’s mission and values

Our mission is to help Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) meet Security and compliance requirements by providing cost effective options that are enterprise quality to protect their business.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

Education would be the biggest service for our company, and also, learning from others how to better reach my customers and run the business. We’re also looking forward to building relationships that benefit both companies in growing.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

Cyber Security is a constantly changing environment. As the Head of Cyber Security for a company I would re-evaluate the tools and technologies we used every 3 years to ensure they were addressing the current threats. Many certifications in this field have continuing education requirements to maintain currency. There are always conferences, training events, Security associations and multiple security bulletins from industry experts that help keep you current.

What is your company culture like?

We are relationship based, many Cyber Security companies like to get in and get out. We try to build an ongoing relationship with the companies that we work with to help mentor individuals that may be new to Cyber Security.  Many SMBs do not have the budget to have a full time Cyber team member, so we work to provide the tools to help make good decisions and be considered an extension of their team.

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?

We work on a team concept; everyone is responsible and accountable for success.

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?

We would say the variety of Columbus is what makes it great. From the many different business types both large and small to the many different cultures.
