How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
I have three approaches to staying connected with trends in the leadership industry:
Client Themes: Each client is different, yet themes emerge daily. I listen and learn from the people doing the work – the ones in the “arena”. I then am able to connect the concept of number 1 with the application of number 2 to provide solutions in number 3.
Academic and Event Approach: I remain actively engaged by continually learning and mastering the leadership craft. I follow and collaborate with three Leadership Gurus, attend, listen to, and read the latest leadership articles, and participate in events.
Real-Life Approach: I stay informed about current and future trends by maintaining active certifications and participating in communities such as Gallup Clifton Strengths, The Leadership Circle, The Leadership Contract, and The Blueprint Process.

What is your company culture like?
At P2L, we thrive on authentic relationships and trust, where open chats and collaboration are the norm. We leverage our strengths, bubble-wrap our weaknesses, and learn from our mistakes. What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?
A successful employee at P2L is one who is open to and embraces change, not too proud to admit when they made a mistake, and who can be taught and coached. They must have the willset and accountability to do their best every day, use the tools, training, and resources at their disposal, and take their personal/professional development seriously.
