Noir is a sophisticated lounge bringing Columbus, Ohio the same vibes and feels of fast paced larger cities like L.A., New York & Miami. Noir brings an elegant atmosphere for patrons to relax with specialty cocktails and drinks all in the comfort of their own space. Good drinks, good vibes, good people.

Tell us about your company’s mission and values

Our mission is to create a safe space for people of all cultures and ethnicities to come and relax. We strive to provide high quality drinks and service while delivering a lax atmosphere for our patrons. We also wish to provide our venue to all sorts of people, businesses, etc. to use to their discretion. Whether it is a work happy hour event, a wedding after party, or networking space, we wanted to create a spot that everyone felt included.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

Networking event opportunities as well as connections and resources provided!

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

We must always evolve. We have to be creative in our drink making process, creative in our marketing approach and creative in our service being delivered. We provide surveys to see what others are looking for and we engage in the community to stay up-to-date.

What is your company culture like?

We have a family culture internally and that culture resonates to our patrons. Energy is real. When our staff is happy it reflects back in their service back to our customers. We have a lot of reoccurring customers simply because they feel like family and this is the culture we always wish to bring.

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?

A successful employee is one that is happy, enjoys the space provided and is hitting their goals financially to take care of themselves and their families.

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?

I am born and raised in Columbus so my opinion may be biased but it is such a family oriented community. It is rapidly growing so new things are always occurring and, simply put, it is a beautiful clean city. With so many people coming to the city, it makes for a great economy for businesses.
