Mighty Dog aims to deliver integrity, quality, and value. We’re bringing transparency and honesty to trades which are notoriously rife with communication and execution issues. Mighty Dog has over 250 5-star reviews from customers across central Ohio and beyond. We aim to develop relationships with customers that will be mutually beneficial and last a lifetime. As such, over 90% of our business comes to us via referrals.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

Networking with other business leaders in the Central Ohio community who are are involved in the construction, home buiding and remodeling arena.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

Mighty Dog is a national franchise with purchasing power not just in materials but in advertising and marketing as well.

What is your company culture like?

We treat our employees like family. We are a small but mighty team that values integrity, honesty and good core values. We care about our team and compensate them in a manner which engenders loyalty. Mighty Dog believes happy employees create happy customers.

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?

Successful employees understand that no two days are alike and that complications are just opportunities to improve. We value self starters who aren’t afraid to learn from their mistakes just as we, the owners, have learned from ours over the years. We do our very best to mentor our team on a weekly, if not daily, basis and to strive to have outstanding communication.

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?

Columbus is a thriving community with dynamic people and leaders. The way our city has transformed over the last 20 years is nothing short of miraculous and Mighty Dog is very proud to have played our small part in that transformation. Things like preserving the integrity of the architecture in German Village, Old Town East, and the Short North have pushed us to develop expertise on boxed gutters and to work hand in hand with the architectural review boards of those communities.
