Provide us with a brief summary of your business’ services. 
Our cloud-based solutions, including our flagship 811 ticket management system, improve resiliency, reliability, and safety of critical infrastructure for utilities, oil/gas, water, municipalities, telecommunications, and construction operations. Our clients, global leaders in the energy and utility industries, have trusted irth Solutions for decades to manage and reduce risk, decrease costs, increase revenue opportunities, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect billions of dollars in critical infrastructure assets, and preserve the service and safety of millions of consumers and workers.  

 

Tell us about your company’s mission and values.  

At irth Solutions, we focus on customer success, collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation. Delivering results for our clients and winning together is paramount. We win together when we prevent damage to critical infrastructure assets which in turn protects workers and the community and improves service levels.   

 

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber? 

As a growing, fast-paced technology company, we are looking to increase our local brand recognition among the great companies in Columbus. We are looking forward to networking with fellow Chamber members to continue to drive our company mission. We want to attract the best talent in the area to an industry- leading organization where there’s unlimited job potential.  

 

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry? 

We stay engaged with trends in our industry through a deep connection to our customer base that includes a proactive customer feedback loop. In addition, we are members of industry associations such as the Common Ground Alliance (CGA) and the American Gas Association (AGA). Within our organization we have hundreds of years of collective experience serving energy and utility organizations.
