Dancor Solutions specializes in working with Fortune 500 companies to develop strategies that elevate internal communication tools and improve The Associate Experience in the workplace. Through our print, design and technology capabilities, we cater to specific needs of each client. Utilizing our commercial printing and fulfillment capabilities and remaining engaged with our client partners, we have evolved to provide innovative solutions that support our clients’ human resources and operational goals.

Tell us about your company’s mission and values.
We are dedicated to providing End2End solutions that elevate our clients’ company communications, build a healthy culture and improve the bottom line. We must understand what’s important to Associates in order to reach them. We value teamwork, trust, and innovation. We are grateful for the impact we have made in our community and value giving back to its members.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
We’re always ready to start new partnerships and look to continue doing so through Columbus Chamber. For 25 years we have provided strategic design, technology and print solutions to our client partners and look forward to opportunities to continue building better workplaces in our community.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
To stay engaged with trends, we are in constant communication with the top talent in our industry. We participate in several technology and HR forums and are proud members of SHRM. It’s imperative we understand trends and pain points our clients are having to find the appropriate solve. It is a mindset that we embrace: always researching, communicating, and sharing analytics to create high-performing teams in a healthy culture, while improving the bottom line.

What is your company culture like?
We embrace being a small business that creates big solutions for our client partners. We utilize team member’s strengths to provide award-winning, innovative End2End solutions with a white-glove approach. We’re always ready to create the solve for any of our clients’ pain points. 

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?
As Seth Godin once said, “Don’t find customers for your products, find products for your customers.” Every successful employee has a “yes, we do that” mentality. We live and breathe with this pioneer mindset: seek out new paths, be adaptive to change and look for room to improve. We work hard, play hard and celebrate wins.

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?
There are plenty of opportunities to grow alongside the city and develop a network here. We know it especially, starting as a printing service and evolving into the company we are today. Columbus is a dynamic, diverse city growing at a rapid pace with the smaller, friendly Midwest atmosphere. It’s a city that has all the resources and connections of a large city, but is small enough to make a significant impact.
