Provide us with a brief summary of your business’ services.
Our Columbus friends may know us previously as Navigator Management Partners. In 2019, we were acquired by Avaap, an industry-focused, cross-platform management and technology consulting firm specializing in Infor, Oracle, Tableau, Workday and other applications. Avaap holds formal software partnerships with each of these products mentioned. Avaap is also the only authorized U.S. Prosci® training partner for organizational change management.
With offices across the U.S. and around the world, Avaap has deep expertise in education, government, healthcare, and manufacturing, among other industries. Organizations ranging from medium-sized businesses to large enterprises have partnered with Avaap.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
We love the opportunity to connect with other organizations in Columbus who are chamber members. In addition to delivering world-class professional services, we take pride in our engagement in our local community. To the extent we can do this with other Chamber members, it is always a win!
How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
We encourage all employees to continue learning and achieving new certifications through internal trainings, conferences, classes, and more. On average, Avaap employees hold two certifications or advanced degrees. We also attend and present at conferences and user groups, and publish articles, white papers, and host webinars as thought leaders in our industry.
As the only Prosci® authorized training provider in the U.S., our change management experts are constantly earning new certifications to better lead clients’ through change.
What is your company culture like?
