I help people and teams shift towards more innovative and human-centered ways of delivering value and solving complex problems. My mission is to help people learn to ride the waves instead of trying to control the ocean. And discover more joy, fun, and fulfillment along the way. Leadership is about being adaptive, innovative, flexible, nimble, resilient. These are essential qualities to navigate the challenging waters we swim in today.

I have already gotten so much from the in-person networking events. I love talking to interesting and passionate people who are interested in the world around them. I look forward to making connections with organizations who want to empower and enable their teams and leaders to work in ways that deliver customer value sooner, get meaningful feedback, and respond to change with more ease.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

Because of my career path, I have a wide network of colleagues all around the world who work across many different industries. I enjoy learning how different types of organizations are leveraging the tools of business agility and effective teamwork to improve customer outcomes, harness change for competitive advantage, and make an impact on the world.

What is your company culture like?

It’s all about honoring everyone’s humanity, being open and curious, and bringing a sense of adventure and exploration to work.

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?

I feel successful when I am able to help leaders and teams see through the noise, connect to what matters, and take aligned action to bring their vision to life. Success looks like clients who feel more ease and confidence in their ability to navigate any situation.
