We offer Botox®, Filler, Kybella®, Microneedling, PDO Threads, Facials, Laser Hair Removal, Tattoo Removal and more. But that’s not what makes us special. When it comes to Med Spas, there are a lot of choices in the Columbus area. That’s why we’ve designed our practice to be different. From the moment you walk in our door, you’ll notice the bright and airy space. The next thing you’ll notice is how welcoming the staff treats you. No judgement, no stuffiness and there are never any expectations of our potential clients. This initial experience brings about an instant sigh of relief, especially for clients who may be new to the world of aesthetics.

Tell us about your company’s mission and values

A Younger You Aesthetics, is unlike any other aesthetic practice in Ohio. Patient experience will NEVER be sacrificed for profitability or productivity. We view the patient experience as our top priority and want anyone and everyone to feel safe and welcome visiting us. In designing our office, we purposely created a space that is comfortable, non-judgmental and accepting of all. We are a LGBTQIA+ and female-owned practice. Our core values are Passionate, Professional, (we provide an) Incredible Experience, Accepting of All, Optimal Results.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

Brand Awareness & Visibility, Business Development Support, Chamber & Community Involvement & Celebrations. Because our industry is highly competitive in Columbus, we know we aren’t the only ones we do a great job in this field. That’s why we work with great passion to prove why we’re different. We’re excited to be new members of the Chamber because we know you will work tirelessly with us to build brand awareness and visibility. We have strategically chosen to surround ourselves with other strong, successful business leaders to share ideas. There is power in community and that’s what our practice is all about.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

Honestly? We’re less concerned about trends than we are about focusing on our clients needs. We feel honored that our patients trust us to help them accomplish THEIR goals, whether they’re looking for relief from TMJ pain or want to take steps to look & feel like the very best version of themselves.

That’s not to say we don’t stay on top of new or improved ways to help our clients achieve their goals. Where other MedSpa’s may be content with the minimum certification, we make it a priority to go above and beyond in regards to education and certification. Holly Young, our Founder/President and Master Injector, is an FNP-C with over 10 years in the medical field including cardiac critical care and cardiothoracic surgery. Along the way, her desire to get into the field of aesthetics kept tugging at her heart,. So she invested in additional Aesthetic training, resulting in National Certification in multiple areas including The American Academy of Facial Aesthetics and Aesthetic Medical Training. She also continues to add to her list of expertise with dozens of private training sessions with world renowned experts in the field including, most recently at the Cleveland Clinic. ⁠

What is your company culture like?

Our goal is to empower every team member to not only thrive in the position they’re hired for, but also, if they so choose, to realize their potential for growth within the company. We have strategically hired quite slowly so that we can ensure each new team member genuinely embraces the passion and professionalism that are among our core values. And while we all work hard, we’re steadfast in ensuring our team members have the downtime needed to take care of family and even more important, themselves. We embrace the simple concept that you can’t help others for very long if you don’t take care of yourself first. Oh, and lots of laughter! Laughter is the answer to almost everything, right?!

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?

Someone who is passionate and professional at what they do. Someone who is willing to take risks and think beyond, like waaaaay beyond, what most Med Spas set out to do. Someone who is naturally kind. Someone who has possibly faced hardships and come out a better, stronger person because of it. Someone who has the desire to work, as a team, to make a difference in the world.

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?

Columbus is one of the few cities in the country that stays economically strong, even when other cities and states might see a downturn. The obvious reasons include the impressive colleges and universities nearby and because we’re smack dab in the middle of the country, our city is the perfect draw for a variety of industries. And yet, what we love most is that Columbus is the perfect blend of sophistication and grass-root efforts that help businesses thrive. We love the way business and community leaders come together to support one another. It’s the true definition of “when everyone thrives, we all dance”.
