Ujelei Sushi celebrates International Sushi Day – Free Sushi Rolls | Polaris Fashion Place

To celebrate International Sushi Day on Wednesday, June 18, Ujelei Sushi will be giving out free sushi rolls to guests between the hours of 12PM – 7PM. Simply say “International Sushi Day” at the counter to score your free sushi roll (one sushi roll per person, must be present for redemption). To help get the word out, social media influencer Floorzitake will be roaming the greater Polaris area on foot to pass out free sushi coupons dressed in a sushi costume!

Ujelei Sushi is the very first location from Rajesh Kumar Shrestha, the former executive head sushi chef from Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse.
Ujelei Sushi is a new fast casual Japanese restaurant that opened just last September of 2024. Offerings include fresh options for dine-in or takeout such as sushi, hand rolls, donburi bowls, as well as sashimi, udon and soba noodle soup.
