As Ohio’s only recovery high school, Heartland is uniquely positioned to offer students both academic and recovery support, helping them overcome barriers and pursue their dreams.
Since 2018, we’ve empowered students to stay on track with their education in a safe, supportive community that prioritizes sobriety and second chances.
For many teens, high school is derailed by substance use, creating significant obstacles to both education and a hopeful future. Our mission is dedicated to providing recovery-centered education and dispelling the stigma of adolescent addiction as well as helping students to thrive on their path to a lasting recovery.
