Pitch Contest Details
The Women’s Small Business Accelerator (WSBA) and Accelerating Angels are excited to announce our inaugural FundHERbiz™ Startup Showdown! This annual event showcases Ohio women-owned businesses in a pitch competition to win cash awards and services.
This “shark tank” like entrepreneurial event will attract an audience that supports innovative ideas for products and services.
Who should apply?
Application deadline: You will be notified by June 14th if you are a winner
The event supports two categories of emerging women’s businesses:
1) Lifestyle businesses looking to monetize and grow their businesses,
2) Startup businesses at the early, high-growth stage, looking to scale and exit their business in 3-7 years.
Application Requirements:
- Ohio-founded and headquartered
- A Female-owned business
- Women leading the company as CEO/COO
- Seeking grant money as well as professional services
