Community Medical Services Open House and Ribbon Cutting

Community Medical Services is an opioid treatment program with a harm reduction focus and heavy behavioral health component. We believe in offering treatment with medication. CMS is committed to breaking down the barriers to treatment by offering extended hours, walk-in intakes and same-day dosing, meeting every person where they are, eliminating the negative consequences of drug use, and providing quality medical care and treatment to those suffering with an opioid use disorder. The medications we offer are methadone, buprenorphine (Suboxone and Sublocade), and naltrexone (Vivitrol). We are opening our third Columbus area location at 6495 E. Broad St. By opening new clinics in existing markets, we hope to make treatment more accessible not only for new clients, but for our existing clients who may live on that side of town.
We are hosting an open house of this new clinic on Tuesday, November 28th from 3-6pm. We will have food and refreshments from Freedom a la Cart and the Columbus Chamber of Commerce will be doing a ribbon cutting ceremony at 3:30pm
