Columbus Museum of Art will once again be bursting with creative black and white fashion, unexpected experiences, and wonder. We invite you to get dressed up and celebrate the creative spirit of Columbus at our 11th annual Wonderball!
The evening will feature a range of performances, art, and live music that capture the spirit of creativity at the museum. By attending, you’re not only joining “Columbus’ party of the year,” but also supporting the museum’s work to inspire creativity and foster lifelong learning.
Experiences planned for 2025 will showcase a selection of creative experiences ranging from dance, performance art, participatory experiences, and fashion to local music standouts.
Wonderball 2025 Theme: Reflection
Each year, we introduce a new element to complement the signature black-and-white theme. For 2025, the element is Reflection. Drawing inspiration from themes explored in our current special exhibitions and the color turquoise—chosen for its symbolism of harmony, balance, and introspection—we invite you to play with the element in your own way.
Here are some ideas to incorporate the element of Reflection into your black-and-white ensemble!
- Add a pop of blue or green hues to evoke the serene, reflective tones of water.
- Experiment with reflective, metallic, or shimmery fabrics.
- Think about layering textures or playing with transparency.

VIP Lounge
Beginning at 8:00 PM, the VIP Lounge will be open as a curated landing spot with a private cash bar for guests to take a moment away from the hustle and bustle of Wonderball. The VIP Lounge will be open until midnight.

Patron Party
Beginning at 7:00 PM, an hour before the main show starts and crowds arrive, sponsors are invited to a special experience in the Schottenstein Property Group Pavilion, with an open bar and guest chef sure to dazzle and delight. This curated experience is exclusively for our Sponsor levels.
VIP Lounge
Beginning at 8:00 PM, the VIP Lounge will be open as a curated landing spot with a private cash bar for guests to take a moment away from the hustle and bustle of Wonderball. The VIP Lounge will be open until midnight.
