Columbus Chamber of Commerce Names Small Business Leader Award Finalists

Three Central Ohio business leaders to be honored at Chamber Annual Meeting, Feb. 6
The Columbus Chamber of Commerce will honor the 2020 recipient of the Small Business Leader Award presented by First Merchants Bank at its Annual Meeting, Level Up, Feb. 6.
The Small Business Leader Award is well-known and respected in the Columbus community for recognizing qualities like leadership, business excellence and contributions to the community and has honored small business leaders for over thirty years.
“The Columbus Chamber is proud to continue its support of the small business community at its 2020 Annual Meeting,” said Chamber President and CEO Don DePerro.
“Our finalists have helped shape Columbus’ thriving business climate, which is powered by small businesses representing all industries. We are thrilled to recognize their passion, hard work, and success.”
The 2020 finalists include:
Rachel Friedman, TENFOLD
Brad Griffith, Buckeye Interactive
Lynsey Jordan, Permit Solutions
Each finalist was selected following an extensive vetting process by a committee of judges who consider a competitive set of criteria.
All award finalists will be recognized at the Chamber’s Annual Meeting on February 6. The Small Business Leader Award recipient will be announced during the Level Up program and the winner will accept their award on stage.
Past recipients can be viewed in the Small Business Leader Award Hall of Fame and include Cameron Mitchell, Dwight Smith and Lori Kaiser.
The Chamber’s 2020 Annual Meeting will also feature keynote presentations from business leaders like Janelle Coleman, Dee Haslam and Brett Kaufman. A full line-up of this year’s event can be found at Columbus.org/AnnualMeeting.
