Columbus Chamber of Commerce Announces Elevate Cbus Cohort Eight Graduates

The Columbus Chamber of Commerce is honoring 32 Central Ohio leaders for their participation in its member-exclusive professional development program, Elevate Cbus.

“Elevate Cbus is a very important program for the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, and is supporting members of our business communities and workforce in professional development. As the Columbus Region’s largest business membership organization, we look forward to the growth and success to come,” said Don DePerro, Columbus Chamber president and CEO. “We are proud to recognize the participants of our eighth  class of Elevate Cbus for their dedication and tireless work.”

Elevate Cbus provides an opportunity for business leaders to invest in their associates. The six-session series was designed to teach the art of business communication while providing valuable leadership tips to promote career success.

The program is facilitated by Andrew Kingery of The White Stone Consulting Group, and sessions feature reputable guest speakers who are experts in their respective industries.

Class eight participants welcomed: La Baker of Lachandra B. Baker EDUTainment, Lisa Gutierrez of Dos Hermanos, Brian King of Advanced Drainage Systems, and Alicia Jones of JPMorgan Chase.

Kingery shared a congratulatory message with the graduating class of Elevate: “It’s been a joy to hear class participants say they are discovering learning that lasts long after the program is finished.
