Columbus, OH – As Retirement Wealth Strategies, LLC, looks towards supporting the financial planning needs of the next generation, Caitlin Hughes has joined the practice as their newest financial professional. After starting with the company in December 2023, Caitlin quickly earned her series 66 and 7 Securities licenses to become an active financial processional. RWS has been a trusted, local, small business voice in the financial space for more than 20 years, providing services across Columbus and the state to individuals and families looking to plan for the future they want, and this addition is the next step in continuing that work.
Caitlin’s background began in the education sector, working in public education for more than a decade, where she still supports smaller districts in Fairfield County. Relying on her experience as a middle and high school math teacher and subsequent administrator experience working with multiple districts, leading statewide organizations, presenting at events, and working with individuals from all backgrounds, she steps into this role in the industry with the same desire to educate, lead, and support people to reach their financial goals.
