Public Grand Opening on Saturday, April 12th from 5-8pm

• At Brandt Gallery, we are delighted to share two stellar exhibitions with you. Our newest exhibition, “Tabula Rasa”, featuring Columbus- based artist Christopher Burk and Madrid-based guest artist Alejandro Botubol; and Botánica Apokalíptica, a solo feature by artist Elsa Muñoz at Pecha Projects, a new curatorial project space connected to Brandt Gallery. 
  
• The Latin term of “Tabula Rasa” connotes an absence of preconceived ideas or predetermined goals; a clean slate. This is a particularly apt noun for the official inaugural exhibition in our new space, in which both painters present their distinct perspectives of the beauty in the mundane.
  
• Botánica Apokalíptica presents a powerful new body of work by Muñoz that explores themes of destruction, beauty, and botanical futurism. Pecha Projects is committed to showcasing thought-provoking exhibitions that resonate with diverse audiences, and this exhibition is the first of many.
