The Columbus Chamber recognizes that the business community needs reliable and skilled workers to fill vital roles in every industry – while also seeing the incredible potential of our refugee, immigrant, and migrant friends and neighbors is not fully utilized. This gap is in part because employers may not have all of the information, they need to navigate unfamiliar circumstances. This guide will help employers understand those circumstances and find out that, though unfamiliar, they are not difficult to handle.
