Born in Cincinnati and now a proud Columbus Region transplant, Hope Cotter has a deep passion for Ohio businesses and the local community. As an Otterbein University graduate, she brings over 25 years of strategic and creative marketing experience to her role as Vice President of Marketing & Communications at the Columbus Chamber of Commerce.

Since joining the Chamber in 2020, Hope has led marketing and communications efforts to support business growth, workforce development, and economic impact in the Columbus Region. She oversees brand management, digital and traditional marketing, and data-driven engagement strategies that enhance the Chamber’s visibility and reach.

Before joining the Chamber, Hope spent nearly a decade as the Senior Director of Sales Marketing and Research for Gannett | USA TODAY | Dispatch Media Group, specializing in market intelligence, audience insights, and business development strategies. A commitment to creativity, research-driven solutions, and impactful storytelling has defined her career.

Hope lives in Grove City with her husband and best friend, Jason. She has two adult daughters, a son-in-law, and five dogs (yes, FIVE!). In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, attending the theater, and volunteering.
