Catrena brings with her rich expertise, spanning human resources, training, recruitment, and program development. Previously, as a Workforce Diversity Manager within the City of Columbus Mayor’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Catrena played a pivotal role in Mayor Andrew Ginther’s equity agenda by strategically focusing on enhancing people, processes, and city performance.
