A six-part cohort series dedicated to timely discussions and solutions to workforce issues in the Region. Guest speakers and subject matter experts (SME’s) from the Chamber membership will provide content and guidance.
Topics will range from:
- Hiring – where to find your next great employee; writing job postings that get attention; creating employee-focused onboarding; best practices to be an employer of choice
- Culture – Leading with the 5 C’s: Commitment, Care, Communication, Celebration, and Community; designing employee rewards that matter
- Upskilling/Education Resources – Connecting to state and local training and funding resources. Hear from the Workforce Development Board of Central Ohio; the Governor’s Office of Workforce Transformation and Tech Cred; Ohio Technical Centers providing customized training for your workplace
- Benefits/assessments – Mental health and Wellness in the Workplace; Maternity Services; Childcare; Transportation and Professional Development
- Financial wellness and literacy – Help your employees budget and create wealth
- Talent Pipelines – Connect with agencies that represent underutilized pipelines

Cost and Registration
The cost to participate in the program is $950 per series.
