Provide us with a brief summary of your business’ services

Tech Elevator is an intensive in-person and online education provider helping individuals and companies acquire in-demand technology skills for the modern workforce.

Through our part-time and full-time coding bootcamps, we teach students from diverse backgrounds to become software developers while helping them build necessary career readiness skills and career connections through our Pathway Program™️ to land a meaningful job.

Founded in 2015, with a focus on quality and care in everything we do, we’re proud of our outcomes. As an early member of the Council on Integrity Results in Reporting (, Tech Elevator has taken a proactive approach to transparency. Our results speak to our focus on quality and on student success which has earned us a leading national bootcamp position based on the job placement rate of our grads.

In 2020, Tech Elevator joined the Stride (LRN) family of companies as part of their broader strategy to create a career-based learning journey for students of all ages.

What is your company culture like?

Our culture at Tech Elevator is based on a strong leadership commitment, clearly defined values and actions that continue to support these values. We have three core values that align, engage and inspire us: ElevaTE, ParticipaTE, AppreciaTE. These values establish what we can expect from each other and they are supported by actions for everyone in the company to uphold and cherish so that the way in which we accomplish our mission is as important – or more – than doing it.
ElevaTE: Whether it’s in the way we are self-motivated or the appetite we have for quality, we never settle for the status quo. We are avid learners and innovators constantly seeking opportunities for improvement. Our desire to be better includes encouraging those around us to lean forward, try new things and elevate each other.

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?

Columbus is a great place to do business because of the plethora of different industries that have taken root. From finance to insurance, from agriculture to tech, to health care and innovation, many major corporations have taken root here, which has spurred on innovation labs and inspired many robust start ups. In addition, strong education programs draw a large influx of talent, and it’s great to see that talent stay and continue to help Columbus grow.
