Mosaic Clients have access to industry leading technology, assisting clients with their HR, Payroll, & OnBoarding processes.
Tell us about your company’s mission and values.
Small Businesses create and develop our community’s identity. Because they are “small” they do not receive the care, advice, and education they need to run a proper benefits program. Mosaic serves as that extension to the Small Business. Pairing the perks or technology with the right amount of personal service. Mosaic exists to help small businesses and their employees grow and appreciate a proper Employee benefits package.
What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
Networking – Creating the same foundation the Chamber was built on – being there to help better our business community.
How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
Healthcare is changing daily. Reading, News, Technology, Industry conventions are a must to stay on top. Speaking about these trends to the public helps put our unique views on where a business should be depending on size, demographic, and values.
What is your company culture like?
As a former professional athlete – competitive. A step towards bettering ourselves everyday for the benefit of our clients.
What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?
Be yourself, trust in your team, and genuinely wanting to make other people’s lives better.
What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?
We are growing exponentially. We have a melting pot or business owners in Columbus, everyone is very unique in their own ways. It is fun to work with employers and watch them grow and change with the city.
What pieces of advice have you found to be the most helpful since starting your career?
Narrow your focus and perfect that profession. Do not try to be professional in too much.
How do you achieve a work/life balance?
I had the benefit of being a D1 college athlete. During those years I was forced to be extremely time efficient – be the best at my position, keep up the grades, working excessively hard while trying to enjoy the college experience. I have brought this with me to the office.
