Provide us with a brief summary of your business’ services

We are a family-owned and operated, vertically integrated cannabis company proudly focused on the Ohio market. Our Cultivation and Processing Facility has been based in Dayton since 2019, making us one of the first operational license holders in the state. Since then, we’ve continued to grow, increasing our canopy square footage and now expanding into retail with dispensaries open in South Euclid and Columbus, and more on the way in Springfield, Dayton, and Reynoldsburg.

You can feel the energy the moment you walk into our facility — it’s contagious! Our team loves what they do, and it shows. We’ve built a culture where passion for the plant meets genuine care for one another, and that drives everything we do.

We believe in taking care of our people first. That means creating space for growth, empowering our team to take initiative, and promoting from within whenever possible. We show up every day with one goal in mind: to keep getting better; for our patients and customers, our partners, and our team.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?

We’re thrilled to become more involved in the Columbus business community! Columbus already feels like a second home as several of our team members live here and have watched the city grow into a hub of creativity and collaboration. Through the Chamber, we’re looking forward to connecting with other local businesses, sharing ideas, contributing to the growth of this vibrant city, and building lasting relationships that help lift everyone up!

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

This industry moves fast, and we like it that way! We use a mix of data-driven tools to spot shifts early and adjust quickly, which is one of the perks of being independently owned and agile. We also keep an eye on mature cannabis markets across the country to see what’s coming next, and our leadership team regularly participates in industry events to stay connected to emerging innovations and best practices.

What is your company culture like?

We believe in growing from within, empowering our team to take initiative, and creating opportunities for personal and professional development. Every member of our team plays a vital role in shaping who we are and what we stand for.
