Josh Harrison has been named President of Improving – Columbus. Josh joined Improving’s Columbus office as Vice President of Consulting in 2012. As VP of Consulting, Josh led the office’s consulting team, fostered relationships with clients, and worked with the IT community speaking not only at local meetups, but at national conferences. Since joining Improving, revenues for the consulting division have more than doubled, with 2016 sales topping $5 million. As a result, Improving has been recognized by Columbus Business First as one of Columbus’s 50 fastest growing companies.
Active in the community, Josh is a graduate of the 2016 class of Leadership Columbus. He serves on the board of directors for Gladden Community House where he is head of the development committee and chairs Gladden’s annual fundraiser Marching for More, which last year raised over $170,000.
Additionally, he is on the board of directors for The Columbus Metropolitan Club and The Unverferth House, which provides temporary housing for The Ohio State University Medical Center.
In Josh’s new role as president, his primary responsibly is business development, talent acquisition, along with building and sustaining trust within the company and IT community.
