Colorful and vivacious, Carrie’s vibrancy immediately illuminates anywhere she is. As the leader of a nationally recognized award-winning Interior Design team, Carrie is constantly going, moving, doing, seeking – working towards something more.
With a portfolio of designs for national companies like White Castle, Bob Evans and Big Lots, among countless others, Carrie has made a reputation for herself as a trusted resource among the most notable clients.
Having graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors in Science in Design, Carrie continues her connection to Columbus through her commitment to the community. Carrie actively serves as a board member for Dress for Success, as well as the Women in Leadership Board and COSI Board.
2019 40 Under 40 Honoree, she garners respect from her colleagues, clients and community with great ease and little effort. With an eye for innovation, Carrie’s reputation for forward-thinking designs is one of her most marked characteristics. Prioritizing client’s goals and architectural design integrity, she dedicates herself to the detail of high design. Carrie a coveted resource, and a trusted advisor.
Caroline Arnos is the Director of Sales at Serendipity Labs Columbus. As the business development lead and client consultant, she oversees the two locations of private office suites and coworking spaces.
Within the last year, Caroline has assisted with brand recognition, sales, venue management and operations. A passionate and empathetic collaborator, she has the drive and ability to develop strong connections with every individual. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Miami University. Being an avid health nut, she thrives off health and wellness. In her free time, she finds joy with yoga, exploring the outdoors and recipe testing from Ina Garten’s Barefoot Contessa cookbooks.
Russ Hunter joined Crawford Hoying in 2013, overseeing the architectural vision and interior design for new developments. He works with the entire development team to create and ideate the future of a project through site planning and building programming.

Parking is available at the surface lot located behind the venue, as well as in the garage west of the venue on Main Street. Metered parking is available along Main Street, 3rd and 4th Streets depending on time.
