Loving Yourself Benefit | Women Just Like Me

Women Just Like Me presents “Loving Yourself Benefit” on September 17th in joining the mission to bring Awareness to Suicide Prevention. Over the past 2 years, Teen Mental Health has been a priority of our organization. Our programs have given girls and young women a space to discuss their mental health and emotional challenges in a nonjudgmental environment. The girls in our program are diverse however experience commonalities as it relates to stress, anxiety, depression, and mental health disparities.

Our focus is providing effective and quality programs that address the need in communities that lack financial resources to counseling, and programs that help to address teen mental health issues. The girls and young women in our program have been bold and transparent in sharing their stories of how stress, anxiety and depression along with other social challenges has impacted them and the willingness to work through their difficulties. We want to celebrate our young ladies for doing the work and helping us to push our message of “Loving Yourself.”

Ticket Cost – $50
Includes breakfast, swag gifts and a wealth of information and training on suicide prevention.
