This tax filing season, virtually all small businesses in Ohio will for the first time benefit from a 50 percent tax deduction on the first $250,000 of business income.  That deduction is part of Ohio’s  $2.7 billion tax cut enacted last year by Ohio Governor John Kasich  and the Ohio General Assembly that is cutting tax rates for all Ohio taxpayers.

You are invited to learn more about how Ohio is cutting small business taxes, red tape and the costs small businesses face to help them prosper. Attendees will hear directly from the top executive officers of four state agencies – the Department of Taxation, BWC, Development Services Agency and Ohio’s Common Sense Initiative led by Lt. Governor Mary Taylor – on the front lines of the ongoing effort to build a strong Ohio by helping build strong Ohio businesses.
