Gender equity in the workplace – whether through pay, advancement and/or access to opportunities – is at the top of mind for many. While there have been great strides for women in recent years, there are still many questions that remain: what is happening in the workforce, especially the local workforce, in regards to pay equity, and how can companies ensure women are being compensated appropriately, as well as being considered for opportunities of advancement?

The Columbus Chamber and the Columbus Region Logistics Council’s 2019 Women in Logistics event will host a panel of experts who will discuss professional equity and provide solutions for issues that arise for women in the workplace.
