For over 50 years, the Columbus City Schools Department of Adult and Community Education has been committed to providing programs for lifelong learning. Adult Workforce Education courses can be taken in health occupations, skilled trades, and computer applications.
For students entering Adult Workforce Education courses, the Customer Services office provides career counseling and short-term personal supportive services. Information, referral to community resources and long-term assistance are also available. Transitional services for currently enrolled full-time students include job search assistance, resume writing, interviewing skills training, general work ethics counseling, and other employability skills.
