Ruth’s Chris Steak House aims to provide legendary dishes with the freshest ingredients andunparalleled service. Ruth had a recipe for everything – from how to prepare her signature sizzling steaks to how to treat her guests. This timeless formula is a testament to how one neighborhood eatery has become the largest collection of upscale steak houses in the world. With and commitment to quality, Ruth’s Chris remains true to its heritage, helping guests make their best memories on 500-degree sizzling plates.
What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
We are looking forward to engaging with the Short North community and connecting with other local businesses. From business meetings, convention dinners, or intimate private events, Ruth’s Chris wants to be a place where people living in or visiting Columbus can gather.
How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
Here at Ruth’s Chris we look to our team of experts in their respective fields to keep the restaurant up to date. Ruth’s Chris offers different opportunities for guests to experience through seasonal offerings and exclusive wine dinners. The TasteMaker Dinner series is an example of this where our executive chefs create a five-course meal to accompany a partnering winery giving guests a new dining experience while still staying true our quality.
