SVN Wilson offers advisory services for the sales, leasing, and management of commercial properties locally, regionally and nationally. Our Advisors provide creative solutions in order to help you achieve your goal. We provide commercial real estate services to large corporations, middle market businesses and individual entrepreneurial investors.

The Advisors at SVN | Wilson Commercial Group, LLC have a deep understanding and vast experience with a wide variety of aspects of all investment real estate. Our mission is to Create unprecedented value for SVN Advisors and their clients. Today, SVN is growing national with a revolutionary business proposition: Compensated Cooperation.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?   

Networking and collaborating with other professionals. Gaining knowledge in many aspects through different points of view is always a value add.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?

The ball is always moving, Especially in a city as good as Columbus.  The key to staying on top of things is looking at quarterly data and trends, new development taking place. What is under supplied vs what has the potential to be over supplied, the economy and 10 year “T” Bills, GDP growth etc.

What is your company culture like?

 Our company was founded on the belief that proactively cooperating and collaborating with the global commercial real estate community is the right thing to do for our clients and the best way to ensure maximum value for a property. We’ve expanded this ideology to include a Shared Value Network approach across all our service lines, offices and the communities where our Advisors live and work.

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?

Build a good relationship with the clients and never stop learning the product

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?

We are fortunate that the collaboration and communication with Commercial Brokers is very good. The city is strong and growing along with a lot of diversity. Columbus is one of the fastest secondary markets in the country, even more so in the investment space.

What pieces of advice have you found to be the most helpful since starting your career?  

Listening to the client/investor.  Looking at a multifaceted approach though out any and all transactions.

How do you achieve a work/life balance?

Set Strong Goals and Prioritize Life

Where is your favorite place to have a meeting outside the office?

Anywhere in the Downtown area.
