COLUMBUS, OH, June 12, 2019– The Columbus Chamber of Commerce will host its tenth annual Retail Summit, New Meets Next, alongside presenting partners Big Lots and the Franklin County Board of Commissioners, August 8.
This year’s event features fifteen breakout discussions dedicated to trending topics in retail, technology and hospitality, and includes ample networking opportunities with the 350+ guests in attendance.
“The Columbus Chamber is truly honored to be hosts of such an innovative event that shines light on retail visionaries from all areas of the industry,” said Don DePerro, president and CEO of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce.
“The Central Ohio Region is known for its work in the retail space; it’s only appropriate that we call attention to all of the work and talent that’s happening right here in our city.”
In addition to the breakout sessions, New Meets Next will feature keynote speakers, Kevin Myers, CMIO, Donatos Pizza, Dan Manges, Co-Founder & CTO of Root Insurance and many other community organizations such as Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, M+A Architects and FITCH.
Attendees will receive a complimentary copy of the 2019 Franklin County Retail Report, coffee and tea service, breakfast, lunch, event branded lanyard, bagand two drink tickets to happy hour following the event.
