Provide us with a brief summary of your business’ services.
Worthington Jewelers is a full-service jewelry store owned by Bob and Theresa Capace. We offer breathtaking jewelry to celebrate engagements, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and other special moments.
Family-owned & operated, our store has been helping central Ohioans find the perfect jewelry to celebrate important occasions since 2000. We have one of the largest selections of engagement and wedding rings in the city. Our jewelers also design and fashion one-of-a-kind pieces that are as unique as each relationship.
Our helpful, non-commissioned staff is passionate about jewelry. We love to educate customers about stones, settings, metals and more. Our consultative approach helps customers find exactly what they’re looking for within the budget they set.
We provide free jewelry inspections and cleaning, with no appointment necessary. Our expert jewelers and goldsmiths also perform quality jewelry repairs and appraisals.
Do you have an heirloom necklace or ring you’d like to update? We can redesign your old jewelry, creating a timeless treasure that is truly one-of-a-kind.
We’re family- & dog-friendly and offer a relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere. Check out our online reviews to see why so many love shopping at Worthington Jewelers.
How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
We belong to several jewelers’ associations and attend major trade shows.
What is your company culture like?
We’re a family owned small business with deep roots in our local community. Our team members and customers are part of our extended family.
What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?
You have to be friendly, people-oriented and passionate about jewelry. We want everyone who comes into the store to feel like an honored guest. Because we specialize in educating customers about their purchases, knowledge about diamonds, gemstones, jewelry styles and the jewelry industry is key. You also need to work well in a team environment.
