We are a Managed Service Provider located in Columbus, Ohio. We provide IT support and management to solve business’s technology needs for less than the salary of an on-staff IT employee. Our combination of business and information technology experience creates a unique approach that allows Cloud Cover to both understand the economics of your business and help you achieve your goals. We specialize in small and medium sized businesses across a wide array of industries. We can even support larger company’s IT departments with our virtual CIO plan.

At Cloud Cover we believe that people are the key to our success and the reason why we do what we do. Our customers, our team and our families are why we are here. We strive to make the lives of our clients and our team members, better every single day! We take pride in our core values and believe in ownership, resourcefulness, team work and progress. We solve problems and we love doing what we do!
What is your company culture like?
We are huge believers in our company culture and spent quite a bit of time deciding what we wanted to stand for and represent. Our culture was developed according to our core values: Ownership, Resourcefulness, Teamwork and Progression. Ownership means that we really do “own it”, the good and the bad. It is our job to fix things and make problems go away, so if it’s your responsibility to get something done, own that responsibility. Being resourceful is critical in IT but often is not exhibited. Sometimes the right solution isn’t the obvious one but if it can save time and money for our client, it’s the right one. Teamwork isn’t just a cliché to us. We all have our strengths, weaknesses and if you combine those, it makes your team better, stronger and able to do more and do it better. Progression for us is the belief that you should be better and know more today than you did yesterday. We encourage learning, self-initiative and training so that we can all better ourselves. We also want to have fun and genuinely like each other. We do team building events, lunches and allow our team to feel at home at work. On any given day at our office there might be dogs or kids visiting, a dart tournament or piñata busting going on and those activities usually involve tacos.
What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?
You must want to succeed for yourself and our clients. We do not hire employees that are looking for a clock in and clock out kind of career. We want everyone to have a genuine interest in the success of our company. You also must be willing and able to have fun, work as a team, oh and eat tacos….

Columbus’s economy is booming and therefore there is a wealth of business opportunity out there.
