Provide us with a brief summary of your business’ services.
Energy Optimizers, USA is a turn-key energy conservation solutions provider. We are vendor mutual and provide the most cost-effective solutions to building owners.

Tell us about your company’s mission and values.
Our mission is saving you money while saving our environment. Our values include honesty and integrity, environmental stewardship, camaraderie and teamwork.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
We are looking forward to utilizing introductions to organizations who need our services, networking opportunities and social media opportunities.

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
We attend and present at professional conferences throughout the United States through meeting with vendors who provide the latest technology and through professional development opportunities for our technical staff.

What is your company culture like?
Our culture is one of giving back, in that we work hard to find ways for our customers to reduce their energy usage and expenses, which also helps the environment. In addition, we support numerous non-profits, with a focus on education, children, the military and the environment. We award numerous scholarships to high school students annually who are going into fields related to science, technology, engineering and math.

What does it take to be a successful employee at your company?
First of all, a strong work ethic and a desire to help our customers find solutions to their problems. Teamwork is very important and respect for each other is paramount.

What makes Columbus such a great place to do business?
As the heart of the state, there are so many opportunities for small businesses like ours to engage with other entrepreneurial firms and to develop strong relationships with facility owners, operators and other vendors

What pieces of advice have you found to be the most helpful since starting your career?
Never give up.

How do you achieve a work/life balance?
That is a challenge! I am very blessed to have a career that I love and a husband who understands the demands of my time. Every day I wake up and am excited about what is ahead for me that day. I have been blessed to work with a company that allows me to work from my strengths rather than my weaknesses.

Where is your favorite place to have a meeting outside the office?
At the Chamber!
