  Clippers No. 4 in ranking of minor league franchises

  From Business First: 

  Franklin County’s $70 million investment in Huntington Park has paid off with some positive press for the Columbus Clippers and the businesses and fans who support the Minor League Baseball team.

  The Clippers are tied for fourth place in a new ranking by Forbes magazine of the nation’s most valuable minor league franchises. It pegs the value of the county-owned team at $24 million and says it pulls in $12 million in annual revenue. Read more.
